The stator is composed of stator winding and stator core; The stator core is made of silicon steel sheets with good magnetic conductivity, and 36 slots are evenly distributed inside the core to place the stator coil; The stator coil is embedded in the stator slot, and there are many winding methods to form three-phase winding to generate three-phase AC or one-way AC.
Stator fault
When the stator coil breaks down, the generator will burn down in a short time due to "phase loss". If the individual coil burns down, it can be rewound according to the specifications of the original coil.
The magnetic pole of the rotor adopts claw pole structure, which is a claw pole installed on the shaft, with six poles; The magnetic yoke and excitation coil that generate magnetic field are installed in the claw pole, and the slip ring that supplies power to the excitation coil is installed on the rotor shaft. Another claw pole is installed on the rotor shaft to make the magnetic poles of the two claw poles staggered.
After installing the claw poles on both sides, the magnetic line of force will move along the claw pole.
